Convenient Stay with Great Transport Links
helpful staff great transport easy access
The apartment provided everything needed, including a washing machine. I am so grateful. Staff were very helpful . The location is perfect because of the great transport links. I found this hotel very convenient. I appreciated the easy access to various parts of the city. That helped.
Housekeeping service was only every three days, which wasn't ideal for my shorter stay. The bathroom tended to flood after showers. I found this quite frustrating. The elevators were quite slow and waiting took up to 15 minutes sometimes.

Metro and Light Rail stations are nearby. I found it easy to get to and from the airport. It was easy to get around. The Convention Center is also quite close to the hotel

The location was superb. I found transport options just around the corner. a variety of food choices were available nearby (that was very convenient). the room offered generous space, complete with kitchen and laundry facilities (it seemed like a real home). i appreciated the inclusion of a washing machine. It definitely simplified my travel.
The air conditioning wasn't quite as cold as i prefer. The filters needed some cleaning.

Excellent stay in the heart of it all
great location comfy bed safe area
the location proved superb. i found the light rail to be just outside the building. central train station was only minutes away, and i liked that the area felt safe at night. the bed was comfy.

The elevators were unbelievably slow. I waited forever. also, the air conditioning was a disaster. it blew directly onto the bed, made sleeping difficult. it only cooled randomly.
